 Create mood boards, sketches, and material samples to visualize design concepts. Present preliminary ideas to the client for feedback and refinement. Define the scope of work, timeline, and estimated costs. 

 Develop comprehensive design plans, including layouts, 3D renderings, and material specifications. Choose sustainable, high-quality materials that align with the client’s vision and values. 

 Finalize designs and obtain client approval. Source and order materials, fixtures, and furnishings from trusted suppliers. 

 Begin production of custom-designed elements, ensuring adherence to quality standards. Implement sustainable practices during manufacturing to minimize environmental impact. Perform quality checks at each stage of production.

 Prepare the site for installation, including demolition (if required) and structural adjustments. Coordinate with our building contractors, electricians, and plumbers to align with the design plan. Ensure the site is clean, safe, and ready for the installation process.

 Install custom furnishings, finishes, and fixtures with precision and care. Style the space with decorative elements, ensuring a cohesive and functional layout. Conduct quality inspections to address any issues and achieve perfection. 

 Present the finished space to the client and walk them through the completed project. Provide care instructions for finishes, materials, and furnishings. Address any final feedback to ensure complete client satisfaction.

 Offer ongoing support for maintenance and adjustments. Provide a warranty for relevant custom pieces and installations. Collect client testimonials and feedback to refine future processes.
